The Center
for Healthy Schools and Communities within Alameda County Health Care Services
Agency is requesting the assistance of a qualified local agency or individual
to design and perform and evaluation of its three health insurance enrollment
initiatives in the Oakland, Hayward, and San Leandro Unified School Districts.
Interested parties are requested to bid on completion of the following scope of
work.
