School Health Services Coalition and Juvenile Justice Health Services within Children & Youth Initiatives, Alameda County Health Care Services Agency are seeking a team of coaches/

consultants to design and deliver a cross systems “Collaborative Leadership” program.  The goal of the program is to increase the ability of a multi-sector group of leaders to work together to improve the long-term health, education, and employment outcomes for children, youth and families.
